The United States has a long history of using microwaves against its enemies, including Iraq, and has documented evidence of such programs.

For instance, Havannah Syndrome, which indicates the use of microwaves for psychological warfare. This is a clear example of how the government knows what causes these effects but does not acknowledge it publicly.
